Shipping & delivery

Our products are shipped directly to you from the supplier. This allows us to save enormously on transport and storage costs. This also ensures that we can take care of the shipping costs of our products ourselves. The choice to ship directly from the supplier means a slightly longer delivery time than you might be used to, but it does give you the cheapest prices. 

The average delivery time to countries in the Americas, Australia, Canada and Europe is 5 to 15 business days after the order is processed.

The supplier ships the products in the name of the buyer. The shipments are mainly delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium by GLS, DHL or Bpost. In some cases it may happen that your package is held by customs. This is because the supplier is located outside Europe. In that case please contact our customer service. We can then see what the problem is and if there is anything we can do for you. Depending on where you live, in some cases VAT and/or customs clearance charges may need to be paid. These costs are for the buyer.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. We do not ship on weekends. Please allow for a processing time of 2 working days.

Please note that if you order an 'own photo' Diamond Painting, it may take a little longer to process and ship. The supplier has to make your Diamond Painting and needs to get approval from us before it is shipped to you.

We do not guarantee delivery times, they are estimated.

Please verify that all shipping information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information we are forced to contact you. This may cause a delay in your order. Delays can also be caused by the carrier. Unfortunately we have no control over this.
